Cara Olyvia Jackson and Terry Wade Taylor were married Feb. 21, 2015, at the House of Hope in Cape Girardeau. Blake Tiemann performed the ceremony.

Vocalists were Cindy Jackson, Kaela and Kristina Criddle and Andy Helle, all of Cape Girardeau. Jamin Schippers of Cape Girardeau played keyboards.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Cindy Jackson of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Robert and Salle Taylor of McClure, Illinois.

Maid of honor was Hannah Pfeiffer of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Micah Mungle of St. Louis, sister of the bride; Amy Rusthaven of Cape Girardeau; Amy Taylor of Ellington, Missouri, sister of the groom; Kaela Criddle and Alexa Jackson of Cape Girardeau. Junior bridesmaid was Kailey Tiemann of Cape Girardeau.

Michael Taylor of McClure, cousin of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Andrew Carver; Eric Burton; Jon French; Jon Taylor and Doug Taylor, cousins of the groom. Ushers were Aaron Criddle, brother-in-law of the bride, and Paul Rusthaven.

Flower girls were Addison Taylor of McClure, cousin of the groom, and Madison Tiemann of Cape Girardeau. Ringbearers were Tatum Ammon of Cape Girardeau and Mason Taylor of McClure, cousin of the groom.

A reception was held for guests at the church, followed by a private reception for wedding party and family at the home of the bride's parents.

A morning rehearsal meal was held at the church.

Cara was homeschooled. She is a preschool teacher at Kids Korner in Cape Girardeau.

Terry is a graduate of Scott City High School. He received an associate of arts degree in music from Shawnee Community College, and a bachelor of science degree in general studies with emphasis in music from Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed by Road Runner Trucking.

After a wedding trip to St. Louis, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
