JACKSON, Mo. -- Phan Amanda Jerrusia Hyden and Lcpl. Christopher Dean Stuart were married in an outdoor ceremony Sept. 22, 2001. The Rev. Day performed the double ring ceremony at the home of Matt and Lisa Girard of Manassas, Va., uncle and aunt of the groom.
The bride is the daughter of Becky Hyden and Harold Hyden of Jackson. The groom is the son of LuAnn Peterson and Guy Stuart of Fortuna, Calif.
The bride was presented in marriage by her mother.
Erin Hyden of Jackson, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.
Best man was Ryan Rohner of Fortuna.
Linda Kia attended the guest book.
A reception followed the ceremony.
Mr. and Mrs. Girard hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 21 at KC's Restaurant in Manassas.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School. She is a photographer in the U.S. Navy, stationed aboard the USS George Washington in Norfolk, Va.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Fortuna High School. He is a member of the Color Guard with the U.S. Marine Corps in Washington, D.C.
A wedding trip will be held after their military tours.
