Donna Foeste Herbst and Randy Lee Sinn were married July 14, 2001, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel. The Rev. Barry Pfanstiel performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Judy Foeste of Cape Girardeau and soloist was Renee Reinagel of Kelso, Mo.

Parents of the couple are James and Joan Foeste and Carl Lee and Phyllis Sinn, all of Cape Girardeau.

Matron of honor was Alice Probst of Jackson, Mo. Bridesmaids were Tara and Amanda Herbst of Cape Girardeau, daughters of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Paige Kain of Cape Girardeau, niece of the groom.

Rick Hengst of Cape Girardeau served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Lanny Schweer of Jackson and Harold Moore of Cape Girardeau. Junior groomsmen were Clint Sinn of Cape Girardeau, son of the groom, and Jonathon Sinn of Cape Girardeau, nephew of the groom. Ushers were Darrell Foeste and Wayne Sinn of Cape Girardeau, brothers of the couple.

Flower girl was Taylor Welker, daughter of Darrell Foeste and Tonya Welker of Cape Girardeau and niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Trevor Foeste, son of Darrell and Sandy Foeste of Cape Girardeau and nephew of the bride.

Jessica Sinn of Cape Girardeau, niece of the groom, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Bavarian Halle. Servers were Jane, Ella, Jenny and Theresa Sinn, Shirley Huey and Dottie Haupt.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner July 13 at the church.

The bride is a 1983 graduate of University High School. She is employed at Rose Concrete Products Inc.

The groom is a 1978 graduate of University High School. He is employed by Sinn Logging Inc.

The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
