Hemmann - Brumfield

April Danielle Hemmann and Shane Andrew Brumfield were married June 23, 2007, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Mark Martin performed the ceremony. Pianist was Judy Sharp and soloist was John Litzelfelner, both of Jackson.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Beverly Hemmann of Oak Ridge. The groom is the son of Linda Brumfield of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., and the late Robert Brumfield Jr.

Maid of honor was Joleta Ludwig of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Katie Hemmann of Jackson, cousin of the bride, and Stacy Bell of Ste. Genevieve, sister of the groom. Junior bridesmaid was Lauren Bell, daughter of James and Stacy Bell and niece of the groom.

James Bell of Ste. Genevieve, brother-in-law of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Robert Huffman of Cape Girardeau and Nathan Bright of Festus, Mo. Ushers were Jeffrey and Jeremy Hemmann of Oak Ridge, brothers of the bride.

Candlelighter was Amy Pohlman of Oak Ridge.

Flower girl was Molly Bell, daughter of James and Stacy Bell and niece of the groom. Ringbearer was Ethan Puchbauer, son of Mark and Gaye Puchbauer of Jackson and cousin of the bride.

Amy LeDure of Cape Girardeau attended the guest book. Programs were handed out by Leah Puchbauer, daughter of Mark and Gaye Puchbauer and cousin of the bride.

The reception was held at the Elks Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Servers were Holly Thomas of Oak Ridge and Faye Myer of Jackson, aunts of the bride.

The groom's mother hosted the rehearsal dinner June 22 at Bella Italia in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Brumfield is a 2005 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a fourth grade teacher with Kelly School District.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Southeast. He is operations analyst with McDonald's in Cape Girardeau.

After a wedding trip to Las Vegas, the couple resides in Jackson.
