Abby Gelane Grossheider and Cyle Joseph Huck were married Aug. 29, 2003, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson. Monsignor Edward Eftink performed the ceremony. Organist was Geri Beussink, and soloists were Claudette Hency, Katelyn Vance and Adam Reinagel.
Parents of the bride are Donnie and Donna Kielhofner of Advance, Mo., and Don and Lorie Grossheider of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Curt and Kathy Huck of Jackson.
Maid of honor was Emily Unverferth of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Melinda Burnett, Kathy Hecht and Catie Myers, all of Jackson.
Mike Goodwin of Jackson was best man. Groomsmen were Kevin Brunke of Jackson, Neal Grossheider of Advance, brother of the bride; and Garrett Huck of Jackson, brother of the groom. Ushers were Josh Deneke and Spencer Hobeck of Jackson, and Clint Pogue of Cape Girardeau, stepbrother of the bride.
Maiden of honor was Claire Landewee, daughter of John and Kathy Landewee of Cape Girardeau. Flower girl was Katie Hanners, daughter of Jeff and Cheryl Hanners of Jackson. Page was Cameron Huck of Jackson, brother of the groom. Ringbearer was Vincent Landewee, son of John and Kathy Landewee.
Candlelighters were Ray Hecht of Jackson and Olivia Roth of Cape Girardeau.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Deerfield Lodge.
The rehearsal dinner was held Aug. 16 at Jackson City Park, with 40 guests attending. It was hosted by Curt and Kathy Huck and Donnie and Donna Kielhofner.
Mrs. Huck received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2003.
The groom received an associate of applied science degree in electronics engineering technology from Paducah Technical College in August 2002. He is employed by U.S. Department of State.
