Glueck - Hess

Shelli Marie Glueck and Stephen Paul Hess were married Dec. 6, 2008, at St. John Catholic Church in Leopold, Mo. Monsignor Richard Rolwing performed the ceremony. Organist was Betty Vandeven of Rockview, Mo., cousin of the bride. Vocalists were Jean Clubb, Mary Jansen, and Cindy Jansen, all of Leopold.

Eucharistic minister was Arnold Jansen. Mass servers were Matthew Brucker and Duston Hutson of Chaffee, Mo., cousins of the bride. Matthew is the son of J.C. and Sharon Brucker. Duston is the son of Dave and Jackie Hutson.

Scriptures were read by Donna Loop of Chesterfield, Mo., and Grayson Glueck Jr. of Chaffee. Loop is a cousin and godmother of the bride. Glueck is the son of Grayson and Tammy Glueck and Angie and Jason McDaniel, cousin and godchild of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Brenda and Dave Puchbauer of Fruitland and Robert and Phyllis Glueck of Chaffee. The groom is the son of Paul and Lynda Hess of Malden, Mo.

Maid of Honor was Sherri Glueck of Delta, twin sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kristy Cook of Scopus, Mo.; Lori Hoots of Dallas, Texas; and Denise Landewee of Leopold, sister of the groom.

Todd Peters of Marble Hill, Mo., was best man. Groomsmen were Dennis "Alfie" Moran of Patton, Mo., Chris Brown and David Engelen of Whitewater. Ushers were Caleb Koeppel of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride, and Ronald Hess of Malden, brother of the groom. Honorary ushers were Jared Landewee of Leopold, nephew and godchild of the groom, and Andrew Hess of Whitewater, son of the groom.

Candlelighters were Leah Landewee of Leopold, niece and godchild of the groom, and David Hess of Whitewater, son of the groom.

Flower girl was Abby Moran, daughter of Dennis and Ruth Moran of Patton. Ringbearer was Colton Neumeyer, son of Shawn and Jill Neumeyer of Gordonville and cousin of the bride.

Program attendants were Katie Brucker and Amy Chasteen of Chaffee, cousins of the bride. Katie is the daughter of J.C. and Sharon Brucker. Amy is the daughter of Connie and Larry White.

Guest book attendant was Amy Chasteen.

A dinner and dance was held at the Leopold Knights of Columbus Hall. Cake servers were Patricia Mungle of Cape Girardeau, Sue Koeppel of Fruitland, and Betty Waller of Jackson, all aunts of the bride.

Mrs. Hess is a 1991 graduate of Delta High School, and a 2007 graduate of the radiology technologist program at Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is an MRI technologist at Southeast Hospital.

The groom is a 1986 graduate of Malden High School, and a 1990 graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College. He is a forklift mechanic with Wiese Planning and Engineering.

After a wedding trip to Branson, Mo., the couple resides in Whitewater.
