St. Mary's Cathedral was the setting Nov. 15, 2003, for the wedding of Christina Gemeinhardt and Michael Berwin. The Rev. Patrick Nwokoye performed the ceremony. Organist was Jeremy Boyer, and vocalists were members of the church choir.

Parents of the bride are Clyde and Celeste Nenninger of Cape Girardeau, and Richard and Teresa Gemeinhardt of Anniston, Mo. The groom is the son of Judy Rose and Charles and Vivian Berwin of St. Louis.

Maid of honor was Juliana Gemeinhardt of St. Louis, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Shara Richard, Laura Bass, and Kris Berwin, sister of the groom, all of St. Louis.

John O'Brien of St. Louis, cousin of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Anthony Abbas; Tim Berwin, uncle of the groom; and Randy Berwin, brother of the groom, all of St. Louis. Ushers were Bill Leeper and Tim Sullivan of St. Louis.

Ruth Cashion, aunt of the bride, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the dinner reception was held at Drury Lodge.

The bride and groom hosted the rehearsal dinner Nov. 14 at Celebrations Restaurant and Bar.

Mrs. Berwin is a graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree from St. Louis University, and a master's degree in educational technology from Webster University in St. Louis. She is employed with Mehlville School District.

The groom attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He is employed in sales with Diversified Packaging in St. Louis.

The couple resides in St. Louis.
