Kara Rae Fulkerson and Keller W. Ford were married June 28, 2003, at Centenary United Methodist Church. The Rev. Clayton Smith performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ray and Sondra Fulkerson of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Jerry and Margaret Ford of Cape Girardeau and Robin Fisher of Jackson.

Maid of honor was Kristen Fulkerson of Cape Girardeau and matron of honor was Jama Beussink of Jackson, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nicole Otto of St. Louis, Jessica Brandtner of Caruthersville, Mo., and Jennifer Carlton of Cape Girardeau.

Mick Englehart of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Steve Fox, Billy Keys and Jamie Pender, all of Cape Girardeau, and Mike Sippie of Newport Beach, Calif.

Flower girl was Madison Beussink of Jackson, niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Hunter Stroder of Cape Girardeau, nephew of the bride.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at A.C. Brase Arena Building.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 27 at Mollies Cafe and Bar.

Mrs. Ford is a 1995 graduate of Central High School. She is manager at Ruby Tuesday Restaurant.

The groom is a 1992 graduate of Central High School. He is general manager at River Ridge Winery in Commerce, Mo.

After a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
