Jill Susan Eichhorn and Nicholas Andrew Schweiss were married Sept. 15, 2007, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph S. Williams performed the ceremony. Pianist was Cheryl Oberhaus and vocalist was Alan Bruns, both of Cape Girardeau.
Parents of the couple are Butch and Connie Eichhorn of Cape Girardeau, and Ron and Lois Schweiss of Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
Matron of honor was Jodie Berkbigler of Kirksville, Mo., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tara Mills of Cape Girardeau and Erin Stratton of St. Louis, cousins of the bride; Kaci Schweiss of Ste. Genevieve, sister of the groom; and Alia Cardwell of Washington, D.C.
Clay Kuehn of Ste. Genevieve was best man. Groomsmen were Tommy Berkbigler of Kirksville, brother-in-law of the bride; Todd and Scott Jokerst of Ste. Genevieve, cousins of the groom; and Christopher Wilson of St. Louis. Ushers were Dan Hahn of Oran, Mo., and Bob Eichhorn of Chaffee, Mo. Junior ushers were Preston Hahn and Ian Eichhorn, cousins of the bride. Preston is the son of Dan and Sally Hahn. Ian is the son of Bob and Nelda Eichhorn.
Candlelighters were Kelsey Stratton of St. Louis, cousin of the bride, and Andrea Winebarger of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom.
Flower girl was Nora Berkbigler, daughter of Tommy and Jodie Berkbigler. Ringbearer was Nathan Kist, son of Jeff and Lisa Kist of Kansas City, Mo., and cousin of the groom.
Anne Marie Himmelberg attended the guest book.
The reception was held at Bavarian Halle in Jackson.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 14 at Francine's Gardens.
Mrs. Schweiss attended Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in interior design and a master of arts in human environmental studies from Southeast Missouri State University.
The groom attended Valle Catholic High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in administration from Southeast. He is an assistant project manager with Drury Southwest.
The couple resides in Flagstaff, Ariz.
