Trisha Michelle Brase and Marc Matthew Duncan were married Oct. 6, 2012, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. David Hulshof performed the ceremony. Pianist and organist was Mary Miller and soloist was Casie Mills, both of Cape Girardeau.

Parents of the couple are Daniel and Patricia Brase of Cape Girardeau, and Russel and Geri Duncan of Matthews, N.C.

Matron of honor was Jody Lumsden of Highland, Ill. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Berkbigler of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride; Cheryl Maier of Chicago; and Genevieve Frey of Geneva, Switzerland.

Shane Thomas of Alexandria, Va., was best man. Groomsmen were Peter Kim of Glen Carbon, Ill.; Todd Duncan of Charlotte, N.C., brother of the groom; and Todd Brase of Columbia, Mo., brother of the bride.

The reception was held at Drury Lodge.

The rehearsal dinner was Oct. 5 at the home of the bride's parents.

Mrs. Duncan is a graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater. She is employed by Stifel Nicolaus in Denver, Colo.

The groom is a graduate of Providence High School in Charlotte. He received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. He is employed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

After a wedding trip to Napa Valley, Calif., and Italy, the couple is residing in Highlands Ranch, Colo.
