Bock - Holcomb

Cassi Leann Bock and Joshua Douglas Holcomb exchanged wedding vows June 14, 2008, at the Bock Farm in Jackson. The Rev. Samuel Roethemeyer performed the ceremony. Pianist was Christy Shinn of Jackson, and guitarist was David Baldwin of Cape Girardeau.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Christy Bock of Jackson, and Vickie and Mark Rinehart of Dexter, Mo. The groom is the son of Doug and Jeri Holcomb of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Erica Bock of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jessica Maxwell and Kristi Birk of Jackson, cousins of the bride, and Sydnie Rinehart of Dexter, sister of the bride.

Honorary bridesmaids were Amber Holcomb of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom; Emily Unverferth of Columbia, Mo., Laura Unverferth of St. Louis, Sarah Unverferth of Cape Girardeau, Sarah Rinehart of Dexter, sisters of the bride; Jennifer Weiss of Jackson, Karisa Lappe of Sullivan, Mo., and Blair Huckstep of Jackson.

Dustin Palmer of Cape Girardeau served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Tyler Puchbauer of Jackson, Dustin Hoffman of Cape Girardeau, and Ben Wachter of Altenburg, Mo. Ushers were Chase Silvers of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom, and Eric Rinehart of Dexter, brother of the bride.

Flower girls were Jane Heisserer and Caleigh Miller, cousins of the bride, and Amanda Cameron, cousin of the groom. Ringbearers were Kamden Birk and Brody Miller, cousins of the bride. Jane is the daughter of Billy and Cindy Heisserer of Jackson. Caleigh and Brody are children of Tim and Leigh Miller of Houston, Texas. Amanda is the daughter of Kit and Lisa Cameron of Cape Girardeau. Kamden is the son of Kristi Birk and Michael Birk of Jackson.

Guest book attendants and greeters were Amber Holcomb of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom, and Danielle Miller of Houston, cousin of the bride.

The reception was held at the farm.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 13 at Gordonville Grill in Gordonville.

Mrs. Holcomb is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. She received two certificates in horticulture from Mineral Area College in 2004. She is owner/operator of Cassi Bock Landscaping and Flower Gardens.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. He is a 2008 graduate of the I.E.C. apprentice program.

After a wedding trip to Cody, Wyo., the couple is residing in Millersville.
