BLANKENSHIP-JOHNSON

Parents of the couple are Bruce and Linda Blankenship of Jackson, Mo., and Bob and Kathy Johnson of Lisbon, Ohio.

Matron of honor was Kristi Deneke of Des Moines, Iowa. Bridesmaids were Nicki and Wendy Blankenship of Jackson, sisters of the bride.

Mark Rose of Columbus, Ohio, served the groom as best man.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at The El Presidente in Cozumel. Another reception was held later at the Elks Lodge in Jackson.

Mrs. Johnson is a 1994 graduate of Jackson High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from Maryville University. She is a physical therapist at Restart Rehabilitation in Sikeston, Mo.

The groom is a 1992 graduate of David Anderson High School in Lisbon, and received a bachelor of science degree in business management and marketing from Maryville University in 1997. He is marketing director at Translectric Inc. in Jackson.

The couple resides in Jackson.
