Andrea Lynn Benton and Jeffrey Allen Lawrence were united in marriage Oct. 14, 2006, at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens in Nashville, Tenn. Ralph Griggs performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Timothy and Joy Benton of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Terry and Michelle Lawrence of Brentwood, Tenn.
Maid of honor was Brooke Spradling of Jacksonville, Fla. Bridesmaids were Jill Benton and Sarah Trickey of Cape Girardeau, cousins of the bride, and Erin Kelly of St. Louis.
Chris Johnson of Nolensville, Tenn., was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Wes Fletcher of Ballwin, Mo.; Seth Benton of Charleston, Mo., brother of the bride; and Gary Mahler of Hanover, Mass.
Flower girls were Alexis Trickey, cousin of the bride, and Emma Johnson, niece of the groom. Ringbearer was Silas Campbell, cousin of the bride. Alexis is the daughter of Jason and Sarah Trickey. Emma is the daughter of Chris and Nicole Johnson. Silas is the son of Jeff and Mechelli Campbell of Memphis, Tenn.
Ellen Diedrichsen of Boston, Mass., and Terri Durst of Ballwin attended the guest book.
The reception was held at Frist Learning Center in the gardens.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 13 at Mere Bulles in Brentwood.
Mrs. Lawrence is a 1997 graduate of Central High School, and a 2002 graduate of Truman State University. She is lab manager and medical researcher at Vanderbilt University.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Lafayette High School, and a 2003 graduate of Truman State. He is a team leader in accounts receivable at Cummins.
After a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple resides in Nashville.
