Begemann - Hobeck

Kayla Lynn Begemann and Spencer Anthony Hobeck were married March 21, 2009, at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson. The Rev. Samuel Roethemeyer performed the ceremony. Organist and pianist was Christy Shinn of Jackson, and soloist was Meredith Lape of St. Louis.

The bride is the daughter of Dale and Barbara Begemann of Pittsboro, Ind., and Charles "Chuck" and Dalena Rogers of St. Clair, Mo. The groom is the son of Mark and Tina Hobeck of Jackson.

Maid of honor was Jacqueline Heath of St. Louis. Bridesmaids were Danielle Littlepage of Scott City; and Ashley and Mackenzie Hobeck of Jackson, both sisters of the groom.

Joshua Deneke of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Michel of Cape Girardeau; Garrett Domnick of Scott City and Steven Begemann of Cape Girardeau, both brothers of the bride. Ushers were Zachary and Nathan Deneke of Jackson.

Candlelighters were Lindsay and Lexi Poole, daughters of Lindell and Lisa Poole of Jackson.

Flower girls were Audrey Knight, daughter of the groom; Addison Hobeck, daughter of the bride and groom; and Kiarra Peet, niece of the groom, all of Jackson. Ringbearer was Tyson Williams of Jackson, nephew of the groom.

Gina Hobeck of Millersville attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson. Servers were Jenny Hobeck of Sikeston, Mo., Karen Webster of Columbia, Mo., and Dana Pinnon of St. Louis.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner March 20 at the KC Hall.

Mrs. Hobeck is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School. She is branch operations representative with Regions Bank.

The groom is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School. He is self-employed with Hobeck Siding and Windows.

After a wedding trip to Destin, Fla., the couple is residing in Jackson.
