Beard-Dockins

Rhonda Lynn Beard and Airman Matthew Milton Dockins exchanged wedding vows Dec. 27, 2004, at the VFW Hall in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Randy Heckman performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Sandra King of Cape Girardeau and Ronald Beard of Morley, Mo. The groom is the son of Terry Dockins of Sikeston, Mo., and Carmen Dockins of Cape Girardeau.

Rashanda Sander of Jackson was her sister's attendant.

The groom chose his father as best man.

The reception was held at the VFW Hall.

Mrs. Dockins is a 2002 graduate of Shawnee High School. She is assistant manager at Dollar General.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Sikeston High School. He is serving with the U.S. Air Force Security Forces in San Antonio, Texas.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau, but will be stationed in Utah.
