Boy Scout Alex Huggins got a rare opportunity to travel to the top of the St. Louis Gateway Arch AT NIGHT! on Friday, Jan. 17th. The Greater St Louis Council of Boy Scouts of America hosted a mobile lock in called "St. Louis After Dark". The Arch is not open for public tours at night, this was a special treat for the scouts attending the lock in. The Scouts traveled by bus to various locations such as the Gateway Arch, Mayor Francis Slay's office/City Hall and the St. Louis Police Academy returning around 1:00 A.M. to the YMCA for other activities with the event ending at 6 A.M.
