Shemonia places 3rd in MVC Conference XC Championships
Brandon Shemonia, an SIU student-athlete from Scott City, Missouri, placed third in the Missouri Valley Conference Championship Cross Country meet contested at Angel Mounds Historic Site in Evansville, Indiana October 31st. His 3rd place finish led the Salukis to a 5th place team finish. Shemonia completed the 8K course in 24:01. The Saluki team will next compete in the Midwest Regional competition November 13th at Lawrence, Kansas for the opportunity to qualify for the Division 1 Nationals...
