Shawnee Hosts Book Signing for Popular Author - Sept. 9th

Maureen Hughes, Author of "The Sins of the South" is coming to Shawnee Community College on Monday, September 9th. She will be presenting her story to all SCC faculty, staff, students, and to the general public.

All are welcome to come to SCC's Main Campus to this event. The student presentation will start at 1:00 pm and book signing will follow. The presentation for the general public will begin at 6:00 pm. The presentation will be held in the ED Center at the Main Campus. There is no cost to come to this event. Maureen will bring copies of her book for purchase.

We are very excited to have her come down to SCC to talk about her story and how she worked hard to get where she is today.
