This Blue Heeler "Silva" was recently adopted by our Jackson family from Safe Harbor in Fruitland. She was trained by the inmates at the Charleston Prison in all of the basic commands through the Puppies for Parole program. Well behaved, intelligent, house trained, she has a sister named Missy at Safe Harbor waiting for someone to adopt her. Maybe the smartest dog we have ever owned...
