Raymond Boos, Troop 16, was recognized at the Eagle Scout Court of Honor at the Elks Lodge #639 on April 23, 2015. Raymond refurbished the grounds and erected a flag pole at The River Heritage Museum in Cape Girardeau, MO as his Eagle project.
