Pulaski County Project Hope (PCPH) is a faith-based non-profit community outreach program that seeks to serve the people of Pulaski County by providing the following services: emergency housing; a centrally located food pantry for food, clothing, household goods, and furniture; and a faith-based recovery center for individuals returning to society from prison and drug rehabilitation.

The board of directors for PCPH has been seated and officers nominated. John Windings will serve as president, Vickey Herren as vice-president, Stacy Larry as secretary, and Lisa Thurston as treasurer. Subcommittees have been formed with their respective chairpersons: tax-exempt - Rita Flummer, grant writing - Lisa Thurston, public relations - Jennifer Helman, capital development/finance - Vickey Herren, and planning - Donna McCann. Also serving on the board is Shirley Green. Board members are currently recruiting members for subcommittees.

PCPH is currently seeking a location in order to start providing services in the Pulaski County area. Board members are looking into possible buying/leasing options. A capital develop campaign is being planned for Spring 2010 including a home and garden craft show.
