P.E.O. Chapter BI presents scholarship
P.E.O Chapter BI of Cape Girardeau presented Josey Patton, a Jackson High School graduate, with a scholarship to the University of Kansas. P.E.O. is an organization founded in 1869 for the furthering of women's education. Chapter BI was founded in Cape Girardeau in 1911 and is the oldest chapter in Southeast Missouri.
