A 1928 Ford Roadster (purchased from early Cape Girardeau car dealer Fred Groves) is on loan from Larry Haertling. It is complete with the original Missouri title and car license and has the 90th automobile tag that was issued that year in the city of Cape Girardeau. On display also is a classic 1935 Rolls-Royce, touring car courtesy of Judy Hutson and the Charles Hutson family. It has a unique British license plate of the era.

Another exhibit, “Is it Victorian or Edwardian?” features ladies’ clothing from the collection of Ann Milam. Included are afternoon dresses and blouses of linen and cotton voile, trimmed with lace and delicate hand embroidery. A selection of turn of the century intimate apparel, gloves, scarves, hats, shoes and purses completes the exhibit.

The public is invited to tour the museum on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons from 12:00 to 4:00. Private tours may be arranged by calling 573- 335-
