TNT Fitness is introducing a 28 day weight loss challenge that guarantees you to lose 5-10% of your body weight. The nationally recognized program, available to various cities in the US and Canada, is known as the TakeDown Challenge. The TakeDown Challenge is a nutritional and exercise program developed by Carlyon and Paul Fetter owners of The Training Spot in Huntington Beach, CA. Over the past 20 years the Fetters have developed a nutritional program that takes all the guess work out of weight loss. They developed a system that eliminates the dreaded "calories counting". The program is based upon the philosophy of making your metabolism more efficient and turning your body into a fat burning machine instead of a fat storing machine. The program focuses on the four key Rights of Nutrition eating the Right types of food, the Right combinations, Right portions, and at the Right times. These few simple rules will set anyone up for a successful healthy weight loss.
When you sign up for the TakeDown Challenge you will receive weekly menus, grocery list, and recipes. To keep you on track, an initial assessment, orientation meeting, weekly progress checks, and a final evaluation to ensure your success. You will have excess to the weekly TakeDown Challenge bootcamps and group power walks.
