The latest debate is whether to allow shipping containers to be constructed as living quarters in Cape. The picture of the Artist's conception of a shipping container home published in the SE Missourian recently seems a little unrealistic. Included here is also a picture of a "shipping container home" currently under construction in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Quite a difference. It seems to me someone is trying to turn a sows belly into a silk purse again...
