This moth was on our deck late one June evening. It was approx. 8 inches wide from wingtip to wingtip. Beautiful shades of orange and red on the wings and body. It was nice to see an insect that wasn't trying to bite us for a change. Although, this one could probably take a chunk out of us if it wanted to...
