MDA Heartland Muscle Walk

Please make plans to "Make a Muscle, Make a difference" for MDA during the MDA Heartland Muscle Walk on Saturday, March 31st at the West Park Mall in Cape.

Registration starts at 9am and the walk begins at 10am. You may walk with a team or join team MDA. Raise $74 and receive a walk T-Shirt, raise $300 and receive a shirt plus 2 cardinal tickets!

Activities include: a silent auction, vendor booths, a performance by the SEMO Sundancers, a Hapkido demonstration and a performance by Mariah Schott. Cars for Kids will also have 3 muscle cars on display.
