The Phi Beta Lambda National Leadership Conference was held in Nashville, TN July 14-17, 2010. Members from Metro Business College participated. The conference theme was Simply the Best. Registration for the 2010 National Conference totaled more than 1600 students and advisers.
The conference featured competitive events for individuals and teams, various workshops for training, and election of officers for the next year.
The keynote speaker for the event was Robin Crow. Mr. Crow is a speaker, author, and entrepreneur and one of the most innovative guitarists in the world. With over 2,000 presentations to his name, his expertise on leadership, change, and customer service comes from 30 hard-won years in the trenches as an entrepreneur.

These students became eligible to represent Missouri at the National Leadership Conference by placing either first, second, or third at the State Leadership conference held March 26-27, 2010, in Jefferson City, MO
Phi Beta Lambda is an educational association of postsecondary student members preparing for careers in business. There are over 11,000 active members in the US. Missouri has almost 500 members in 30 colleges and universities across the state.
