Kacie Daigger,10,of Scott City donated 10" of her hair to Locks of Love for the second time in 4 yrs. Stylist Cortney Stubenrauch with Style Studio in Scott City provided her hair cut. She made the donation in memory of her Grandma, Donna Daigger, and Grandpa, Kenny Cavaness, who both passed away due to cancer. Helping others is something Kacie is very passionate about and feels this is her way of doing just that. She is the daughter of Dylan Daigger and April Cavaness of Scott City...
