Janet is named Outstanding Science Teacher

Jill Janet, kindergarten teacher at Clippard elementary school, was named Outstanding Science Educator by the Hooked on Science organization for the month of March. In the photo above, Jason Lindsey, Outreach Science Educator, presents the award and said, "Mrs. Janet has the ability to gain students attention, maintain that attention, and deliver her lessons in such a manner that students not only maintain the material but also apply it to their lives. Mrs. Janet makes learning fun!" Janet has been teaching in the Cape Public School system more than 20 years.
