Jackson Art Group Celebrates Christmas
During December there will be two opportunities to tour the Steck House Gallery and choose a gift for that special someone. Ideas include commissioning a portrait, a personalized poetry chair, lovely jewelry of all types, pottery, sculpture, scarves...the list is endless. The artists at Jackson Art Group will be happy to create an object d' art that is truly unique for your gift giving satisfaction.
Love parades? The Steck House Gallery will be open a bit before and after the Jackson Christmas Parade, Saturday, Dec. 3. It starts at 2 p.m. and our hours will be from 1 to 4 p.m. We're right next door to the First Presbyterian Church (corner of Washington & Hope) and there's a sign at 210 Washington, so you'll know you're at the right place! Enjoy some hot cocoa & goodies while you warm up before and after the parade. There will be art activities for all ages to enjoy. Make a Christmas ornament if you wish!
If you miss that date, just come on over to the Steck House Gallery the following Saturday, Dec. 10. We open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. The gallery will be fully stocked throughout December for all your gift giving needs. We're all featured artists in December!
Can't make those dates? Schedule an opening by calling or texting 573-275-2812. Please consider becoming part of our group. Plans for the new year include community service projects and an activity every month. All ages welcome. We meet the last Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the Steck House Gallery. Happy Holidays!
