The Heartland Advanced Practice Nurses Network (HAPNN) is a local group of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. The group has recently started a charity of the month and at the May meeting they set a new donation record. The group received word that an anonymous donor would match their charity donation for the Samaritan Regional Health Clinic (SRHC) - a free clinic in downtown Cape Girardeau. HAPNN was able to raise $425, for a total donation of $850 for the free clinic. This donation was the largest donation the group has made to any charity so far.
