Good Samaritan: Caroline from FedEX

My grandson wanted to receive a package for his birthday. His birthday was Aug.25th. He wanted Halo toys. I fixed him up a box with the toys. We live in Scott City, Mo. I mailed the package Priority mail Aug.13th. He still has not received it. I went to FedEx to see if they had it. They did not. Caroline who works there felt bad that this happened. The Bank where I mailed this and the main post office have not bothered to call me to help. I was told to be patience. Caroline went beyond her duty and went out and bought my grandson two collector Halo figures, and put them into a package and hand delivered it to our home. My grandson was the happiest boy. He kept saying awesom. I cried to think she did such a good deed indeed. Thanks Caroline.
