G>Johanningmeier Celebrates 102 Birthday Chateau G

Geraldine Johanningmeier of the Chateau Girardeau celebrated her birthday with a large cake and many friends and family at the ChateauWed. Dec. 8. Ms. Johanningmeier was born at Whitewater, Mo. the year of 1908. She is still very actived in many ways. She walks with or with out a walker.She can carry a conversation with anyone no matter what age.She is VERY alert she still takes care of her own finances. If you want to get a good conversation going just mention Whitewater, Mo. We asked her about the Diversion Channel. She replied and said ( I saw the machines come in town and I can tell you all about it.) She said when my family and I went to Cape Gir. it would take us a whole day. She laughed and said sometime we would get stuck in a mud hole and my Dad would have to dig us out, so we could go on.Funny but very true. I work with this lady 5 days a weak at the Chateau Gir. and enjoy every minute with her.,
