Esi.comm has been offering security, telecommunications and networking products and services to the Southeast Missouri area since 1984. Celebrating 30 years in business, ESI is known for its customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
"We are leaders in business telephone systems, data and security," said Ben Alcorn, owner. "We have always been a customer-focused, solution-focused business, developing long-standing relationships and customers in the Southeast Missouri Area."
With all the choices out there for your telephone, data and security needs, what makes one company different from the next? The answer is simple: people. The people who sell you the products. The people that install and service your technology. The people that help you feel secure in your home and have peace of mind.
"There are a lot of choices for your home security needs, but we believe our commitment to customer satisfaction sets us apart," said Ben Alcorn, owner. "We stand behind the products we sell to get you the security and peace of mind you want. At Esi.comm, we believe the customers are the best part of our company and that's why we strive to be exceeding expectations every day."
How it started.
Robin Chambers founded Chambers Electric in 1984 and also began selling Toshiba business phone systems to local businesses. Later, Chambers changed the name to Executive System Inc. or (ESI) and shortened it to ESI.comm in response to the internet revolution. Thirty years later, they are leaders in business telephones, data and security. They offer state of the art solutions in security, telecommunications and networking products and services.
Ben Alcorn and Erin Chambers Alcorn started working at ESI.comm in 2002 after graduating from the University of Missouri. Shortly after purchasing ESI.comm in 2012, they moved the company to its new location in the Chambers Building, 105 Lillian Dr., across the street from its old location in Sikeston, MO.
ESI.comm strives to make sure customers always know about the industry leading security, telephone and data technology esi.comm has to offer. "We are in the business because of our customers and always work to make sure they are completely satisfied," said Erin Alcorn. "We're the people you want to coming into your home and business. Our job is not done until you know exactly how to use the products and services you have purchased."
