Midwest Agri-Chemico and affiliates(Midwest Grain and Barge, Agri-Trans, and First Missouri Terminals) is staging a drop off point for Joplin relief supplies at our Agri-Trans truck terminal on 4014 Nash Road ( first building on right past the food bank). There will be an Agri-Trans truck and trailer parked outside. We are looking for any and all donations to help our fellow Missourians in Joplin. Some of us have family and friends there and they have a great need, many have lost everything. We will make as many runs with our trucks as it takes to get the supplies there. We have talked to several churches and the city of Joplin, their main needs right now are:
Men's, women's, and children's UNDERWEAR
Shovels
Gloves
Chainsaws (2 cycle oil, bar oil, gas cans)
Tarps
Shoes
Clothing in general
This is just a few of the things they have the greatest need for at this time. We will open our Agri-Trans truck terminal at 7:30 AM tomorrow morning and be there until 5 PM Saturday afternoon and the same hours Sunday. We will be sending the first loads as soon as we fill the trucks. Anyone who has already started a drop off point we would be glad to help get the supplies there also.
