The Cape County Democratic Central Committee will be having it's 2014 festival on Saturday, August 23rd at the Eagles Banquet Center 321 N Spring in Cape. Hospitality hour will be at 6:00 PM with dinner served at 6:30 pm and speakers will begin at 7:00 PM. The featured speaker this year will be Secretary of State Jason Kander.
