The Delta Chi Fraternity of Southeast Missouri State University celebrated its Annual Father's Weekend on March 27-28. Alumnus Steven Walker, a Manager at Show-Me's Restaurant on Independence Rd, allowed the Fraternity to use his establishment on Friday night for a meet and greet get together. On Saturday the Fraternity roasted a pig at Capaha Park in which Brothers watched the Southeast Missouri Baseball Team beat The University of Tennessee at Martin in a double header. While watching the game and eating, Delta Chi had a box out for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital so that Fathers of the Members could donate. After counting the money the Fraternity had over $200! Delta Chi will giving the money to Brother Steven Walker later in the week so it can be donated under the Fraternities name.
