Cape Central High School's Tevin Roper has earned a football scholarship to attend Lincoln University in Jefferson City. Tevin and his mother, Elaine Roper, are pictured above signing his letter of intent. Standing are Football Coach Nathan Norman, center, and Athletic Director Lance Tollison. Roper was a three-year contributor to the Cape Central football program. He was a two-way starter both as offensive and defensive lineman. "He is an extremely hard worker and great young man," said Coach Norman.
