Carson Retter Earns the Rank of Eagle Scout

Carson Retter was presented a certificate of achievement for earning the Rank of Eagle Scout on Sunday, November 22nd at the VFW Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau, MO. Presenting the certificate was Commandant Jim Maevers of the Marine Corp League at the Legacy Wall of the VFW Post 3838. Carson's Eagle Scout Project was improvements to the Legacy Wall.
