CAPE COUNTY TEA PARTY MEETING
On Tuesday October 15th, 2013 at 6:30pm, the Cape County Tea Party (CCTP) will hold its open monthly meeting at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. The meeting is also called Third Tuesday Tea Time (TTTT) and is held on the Third Tuesday of each month to continue the work to complete our Mission as stated below.
Speaker
With the implementation of ObamaCare ramping up on this past October 1st, our speaker could not be timelier. Dr. Mark Kasten will join us this month, and he will cover the topics of his experience with the implementation of the PPACA (ObamaCare) as well as concerns on the true privacy of your medical records under HIPAA.
Dr. Kasten graduated in 1997 from the University Of Missouri, Kansas City, School Of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice from 1997-1981 at the Baptist Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. He has been board certified for over 33 years and is a Family Practice physician in Cape Girardeau, MO.

The goals of each meeting are to:
- Promote Self-Governance, Freedom, Free Markets, Responsibility, and Civic Authority
- Disseminate current and topical information that affects CCTP members and the community at large (typically a speaker)
- Engage the attendees in a form of activism to work toward the completion of our mission
- Increase the membership of the CCTP
Everyone is invited regardless of party or ideology! We hope you will attend! Expect homework!
