Boy Scout Earns Welding Merit Badge

Teague Walters of Boy Scout Troop 5 of Cape Girardeau recently earned his Welding Merit Badge at the Sikeston CTC along with four other scouts, Dylan Hackler, Garrett Auer, Max Dale and Sean Murphy. The Welding Merit Badge had its debut to the BSA in 2012, these scouts are the first from Troop 5 to receive the Welding Merit Badge. Boy Scout Troop 4041 of Sikeston, MO sponsored this Merit Badge opportunity. The scouts also earned the Metal Working Merit Badge. Teague Walters is the son of Darren and Kristen Walters.
