Missouri Department of Conservation Outreach and Education Supervisor, AJ Hendershott, (pictured) was one of 25 donors at the Nature Center before 4 p.m. Nature Center Manager, Sara Turner, said the day has been packed full of activity as folks visited to the center to donate blood. She said the Nature Center at Night event is open until 8 p.m. and is centered on mosquitos, ticks, chiggers and other spineless blood suckers.
