Why did you start running?

I started running in high school on the first girls track team after Title IX passed n the 70s. Prior to that, I continued to run and and i ran my first marathon at 3:05 18 months after the birth of my 4th child,

Since then, I have run a full marathon in every state plus D.C. & the Boston marathon 3 times. My Personal best record is at 3:03 at the Boston Marathon.

What is your best 5K time after turning 50?

What is the race/time you’re most proud of since turning 50?

Will look it up and let you know, but I'm still qualifying for the Boston Marathon at most of my marathons. I'm still running now and enjoying the races more for the food and the scenery.

What’s the longest distance you’ve ever run since turning 50?

The marathon distance 26.2 miles My new goal is to run a marathon n all the Canadian provinces 10 + 3 territories, now at #8 coming soon in Nova Scotia.

What’s your favorite local route to run?

Neighborhoods or through the vineyards at Chaumette in Ste. Genevieve.
