I met an extraordinary artist this month. His name is Abram, and Abram is a 2 year old Rottweiler from Scott City Missouri that is showing his watercolor paintings at The Painted Wren Gallery for the month of June. I did not know what to expect on hearing about the paintings that a local dog in the area did watercolor paintings. I have to tell you I and many others that have seen the paintings are very impressed with the beauty of Abram's paintings. Owner Beth Franks started working with Abram when he was 10 months old to create wonderful works of art, and Abram has become quite the artist, with his first showing in Kansas City and Now at The Painted Wren Gallery which is owned by Aaron Horrell , who is also one of our local artists and photographer.

Abram is a 120 lb lovable Rottweiler that never meets a stranger. His favorite pastimes are playing ball and of course painting.
