Saturday October 15th the Neighborhood connection will hold its annual block party, from 11:00 till 2:00 pm on Fountain street between Broadway and Themis.
The event will feature free activities including:
live music, pony rides, chalk drawing, face painting,basketball instruction,The Dare Car and firetruck.
Special guests include Tracker from the Missourian and the clown and FREE FOOD,
Free children's books will be given donated by Beth Shaw, a California resident and daughter of Bill and Marion Green of Cape.
A week's free groceries will be distributed free of charge to 300 families on a first come first served basis.
Neighborhood Connection is a volunteer organization committed to sustaining and revitalizing the neighborhood spirit.
