Missouri Gov. Parson names Andrew Bailey attorney general

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Republican Gov. Mike Parson on Wednesday appointed his general counsel, Andrew Bailey, to be Missouri's next attorney general, making Parson the state's most influential governor in executive branch appointments.
