Sheriffs in Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties were recently re-elected officers of the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force. Scott County Sheriff Bill Ferrell has been re-elected secretary-treasurer, and appointed again as the group's project director. Cape Girardeau County Sheriff Norman Copeland was re-elected vice president.
