State Sen. Peter Kinder, R-Cape Girardeau, has been named the 8th Congressional District chairman for Republican George W. Bush's presidential campaign.Kinder also serves as state Senate coordinator for the Bush campaign.U.S. Sen. Christopher "Kit" Bond, state chairman for the Bush campaign in Missouri, and state finance Chairman William H.T. "Bucky" Bush announced the campaign chairmen this week.
