Microsoft's Office 365 Suite including Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint and OneNote (featured on page 17 of this issue) has greatly impacted the way we work. We love all the great tools that make managing big projects easy. When our team members work at our auxiliary office at the Marquette in Cape Girardeau or at our new location in Linn, Missouri, they never have to worry about having their files handy: everything they need is securely and readily available through Microsoft's Office 365 Suite, regardless of time or place.

When it comes to having everything tied together, that's one of the things we love most about our Mitel Voice System. With our smart unified communications phone system, we can connect applications, security and quality service. The phone system customizes to fit any of our needs. What we've found most helpful for our business is to have features like Meet-Me Conferencing, the ability to direct one phone line to many devices and to receive notifications from a cell phone to a work phone (or vice versa). Office mobility has become a reality.

Speaking of cell phones, we've just launched a new option available through our Payroll service, and we can't wait to try it out. Through a mobile app, employees can access the pay they've earned on a daily basis. So, no need to wait around for a paycheck -- every day can be a payday. It's just one of the many options offered within our Payroll service that we use and find extremely valuable.
